My experience with Park West Dental Group and Orthodontist was great! The doctors were very nice and upbringing. The process of removing my braces was fabulous, now my teeth looks amazing!
After years of searching for a good dentist office, I finally found an amazing one. Their personal is very caring, immediately they make you feel at home. They are very professional, they take into consideration your concerns before any dental work. Dr. Mysnyk is an excellent doctor and person. I highly recommend this place.
The amount of time you have to wait is insane. I have had 4 appointments and only seen a dentist only once because she is never here. This place needs restructuring. It's a mess. If you're time is valuable don't go here . I have been waiting for a hour in the lobby for a cleaning.
I was greeted very well with the staff... Then had an appt with Dr Mysnyk.. She was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with her right a way. She explained in detailed what I needed n when she did the work she was gentle n kind... She had Sam assisting her n he was very professional n kind as well... I was very greatful that I had them taking care of me. Strongly recommend BOTH of them.
This was my first visit to Park West Dental Group and I am very happy with the dental care I received from the team who I interacted with while I was there. The front desk associates are timely, kind, and informative. The hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable. My dentist, Dr. Iryna Mysnyk, provided stellar care. She spent time with me to go over my X-rays, teeth health, and treatment plan. I felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed. She was reassuring and patient. Basically, every pain point that I could have experienced at a dentist office was removed at Park West Dental Group and that feels reassuring. Plus, I found out that Dr. Nysnyk is also passionate about addressing the trash epidemic that our region faces in California!
