I just got a root canal done here at this place. I wanna think the dr did a good job, i had initially came here for a hard lump that was at the end of a root on my gums that was not visible but I can feel it and it would hurt with pressure. He stated I had infection and recommended a root canal. my fear is of infection returning back and having a swollen face or jaw. I was surprised to see them not prescribe any medication after the root canal. For example, antibiotics, pain relievers for when anesthesia wears down, and something for swollen gums due to the work done. I had to mention it to them or else they would have not prescribed anything. I am in pain right now due to the anesthesia being worn out. I have no pain medication to alleviate the feeling. I just hope this root canal works for good and doesnt turn out worse. I'll update this post as I heal. Whether it was a good turn for the good or it turned out to get worse.
I've been a patient here for over 10 years and they truly care for you beyond any place I've ever experienced. Dr. Delgado comes from generations of dentists and is very kind, along with all his staff. They recognize me and get me in and out quickly. I have a disability and they are ALWAYS trying to accomodate me so that I am as comfortable as possible. Dental costs are expensive that is why it is up to each of us to make sure WE know what our dental plans are, that we ARE covered for the current year and what IS covered. They will do prior authorizations, but it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to know their coverage and up to how much - as most dental plans limit coverage per year so I get a wee bit done every year to use up my plan to the max. The office is great!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Dr.Delgado is nice and so is the office staff. I couldn't be happier with my new teeth! I didn't need a root canal, they don't do unnecessary work like Western Dental (forgive me but I had awful experiences at Western) Dr. Delgado fixed their mistakes and made everything better. I will return soon. Also their cleanings are AMAZING! Absolutely recommend this place!!!
Do Not go to this place !!! I had Surgery on my foot and knew i would have a lapse in dental coverage because i was out on disability asked over the phone if they could check to see if my dental insurance was active before i came in they said everything was good and for me to come in, 6 months down the line i get a bill for 2500$ for work my dental plan covered i call and ask about it and they say you didn't have insurance worst experience with a dental office i have ever had and now i have collectors calling me not stop for that 2500$
